When you request a quote or make a booking we collect the details needed to run the trip: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, passenger count, flight number where relevant, and any accessibility or child-seat requirements you tell us about.

If you pay by card, payment details are handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card, and we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Our website collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our booking page is provided by a third-party booking platform inside an embedded frame; that provider collects the information you enter into it under its own privacy policy.

We use your information to quote, schedule and complete your transportation, to communicate with you about a booking, to track flights so pickups match your arrival, to process payment, and to keep records required by California charter-party carrier regulations and our insurers.

With your consent we may send occasional service updates or offers. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any message or calling us.

We share trip details with the chauffeur assigned to your booking, and only what is needed to complete it. We use service providers for payment processing, dispatch software, flight tracking, email delivery and website hosting, each acting on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests from authorities, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal, tax and insurance obligations, then delete or anonymise them. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

If you are a California resident you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and ask us to explain the categories we collect and disclose. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, although a booking made by an adult may include the ages of children travelling so that appropriate child seats are fitted.
