Questions
Booking, pricing and policies
Twenty-four hours is comfortable for a sedan or SUV. Weekend evenings, event nights and the larger vehicles book out further, so a week ahead is safer for a wedding, a stadium event or the Party Bus. We do take same-day requests and will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
Point-to-point trips are a fixed fare quoted before you travel, including tolls and airport fees. As-directed and event bookings are hourly with a minimum. There is no surge pricing at any hour, and traffic is our risk rather than a line on your invoice.
Yes. Behmo Executive Transportation LLC operates as a licensed California charter-party carrier with commercial liability insurance, and every chauffeur holds the required licensing and passes background and driving-record checks before their first trip.
We track every inbound flight, so a delay simply moves your pickup and you do not need to call. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time and international arrivals 60 minutes from the moment you clear customs.
Yes, at no additional charge. Tell us the number of children and their ages when you book and the seats are fitted before your pickup rather than at the curb.
Where scheduling allows, yes. Most of our recurring clients ride with the same chauffeur, and standing weekly reservations request a named chauffeur as part of the booking.
Sedans and SUVs cancel free up to four hours before pickup. Larger vehicles and hourly event bookings need 48 hours because they are dispatched exclusively to you for the whole window. Anything unusual, call us and we will be reasonable.
All major credit cards, and corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly with per-trip cost centre references. Gratuity guidance is stated in your quote up front, and we can consolidate it into a single invoice line for expensing.
Airport Transfers
Airport Transfers questions
John Wayne Airport (SNA) and Los Angeles International (LAX) are our two core airports. We also run to Long Beach (LGB), Ontario (ONT) and Hollywood Burbank (BUR) on request, and we handle private terminals at SNA for charter departures.
From Orange County we generally recommend leaving three hours before a domestic departure and three and a half before an international one. That is a wider cushion than the airline guidance because it absorbs the 405 rather than assuming it is clear.
Nothing on your end. We track the flight, so a delay simply moves the pickup. If you are diverted to another airport, call us and we will reposition the vehicle; you are billed for the trip actually driven.
At SNA we meet you in the baggage claim area on the arrivals level. At LAX we can meet you inside the terminal at baggage claim, or at the LAX-it lot or a designated curb if you prefer to walk straight out. You choose when you book.
They are quoted in the fare. Airport access fees, terminal parking during a meet-and-greet and toll roads are included in the number you approve before the trip.
Event & VIP
Event & VIP Transport questions
Yes. We use the designated black car and rideshare access points at each venue and confirm the specific gate with you in advance, because stadium drop points change by event type.
That is how most event bookings run. You reserve the vehicle hourly, the chauffeur stages near the venue and returns to your agreed meeting point when you text. There is no re-dispatch and no surge.
Yes. We build a written timeline with you or your planner covering each vehicle, each pickup address and each window, then dispatch them as a coordinated group with one point of contact for the day.
Hourly event bookings carry a minimum, typically three to four hours depending on the vehicle and the date. Straight point-to-point drop-offs to a venue have no minimum.
Unmarked vehicles, chauffeurs briefed only on what they need to execute the trip, and no discussion of passengers or destinations outside the operation. NDAs are available on request.
Point-to-Point
Point-to-Point questions
Single legs are a fixed fare based on the route, the vehicle and the time of day. Multi-stop and as-directed work is hourly with a minimum, which almost always costs less than booking separate legs.
Routinely across greater Los Angeles, and on request to San Diego, Palm Springs, Santa Barbara and Las Vegas. Long-distance trips are quoted individually and usually run hourly with a daily minimum.
Yes. Standing reservations lock in the same vehicle class and, where possible, the same chauffeur each week. Corporate clients often pair this with monthly invoicing.
We do. Corporate accounts get consolidated monthly invoicing, per-trip cost centre references, nominated approvers and a direct dispatch line.
Quotes are shown with gratuity guidance stated up front so there are no surprises. If you prefer it built into a single invoice line for expensing, we will do that.
